Our Process

Assurance Remodeling will conduct an in-home consultation to gather information on your upcoming project. A complete design plan will be presented, discussed, and finalized before the renovation begins. You can expect expert craftsmanship and open communication throughout your project.

Once we’ve put together the estimate, we present you with the final design and contract which you approve before work begins. From there, our team establishes an overall schedule for the project. For your convenience, we go above and beyond  to address your concerns, such as pets and work hours, and take needed precautions to the make the experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible.

Although the project is designed and scheduled to meet your lifestyle, whenever possible we will try to involve you to give your remodeled space a personalized feeling. From letting you decide the placement or type of light switches to choosing the height of the towel holders, we’ll make your space match your vision perfectly.

In addition, you can expect the crew to maintain a clean and organized environment, even if the remodel requires us to turn the space into a ‘construction zone.’ At Assurance Remodeling we strive to maintain constant communication with our clients for scheduling work both day-by-day and week-by-week.
